Developing a Heart for God Part A:

What will destroy a heart for God?

  1. Success
  2. Selfishness
  3. Sloth
  4. Sin
  5. Stress

How do we develop a heart for God? Aligning our hearts with the concerns of God’s heart. We must develop those qualities that are with having.

  1. Be humble in spite of success
  2. Be mindful of the Shepherd
  3. Be available in service
  4. Be repentant of sins
  5. Be trusting in the Savior
